Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that a return is necessary, please review the following guidelines:

Original Paintings
I offer a 30-day return policy for original paintings so you can make sure it is the right fit for your space and return it if you don't absolutely love it. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: While I currently offer free shipping for your original purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, please contact me here. Once your return is approved, I will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Prints on Paper or Canvas
My prints on fine art paper and canvas are made to order with care. Therefore I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for fine art prints (I recommend contacting me for a free digital mock-up to see how the art will look in your space prior to purchase if you have any hesitation.) That said, in the unlikely event that the print is damaged or incorrect, I will absolutely replace or refund it. See below:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours at to arrange a replacement.

Refund Process
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
